Dream Lifestyle

I created this collage on Pinterest to represent my dream life, and what I'm striving for in the future.  For me, this board embodies independence and confidence to do the things I've always been hesitant to do, all because of the potential failure and risks. It can be very easy to make the safe choices because of the comfort you have with them, but sometimes the bigger risks can led to a bigger reward. Overall, as the big black rectangle says, "Your're allowed to scream, you're allowed to cry, but do not give up.", instead as Harry Styles says, "ready Steady go!!".

Beginning with the skyline photo of NYC, I've always wanted to live there since I was a child. The walk ability, night life, and vast amount of people has continuous drawn me towards there. I certainly have viewed this as the end goal, to own an apartment there, and have amazing city view. However, in relation to the quote in the center, NYC is expensive, and can be very unsafe, so having a proper salary is very important to provide stability there, so it can be very easy to give up for that reason. I do think, in the future, this dream could become a reality.

Going down, the next image of the medals is representative of a lifestyle I want to maintain, fitness wise. I have always enjoyed working out and there aesthetic of it all, however, I want to expand upon that. Ideally, I would love to run  a marathon, in a big city, to celebrate my fitness, but also to get a colorful medal as pictured there. Not only it is a great accomplishment, but it gives me purpose to keep going, and not give up, knowing there is a race at the end. Lastly, it's not about getting the best time, but to feel in shape and have something to show for.

Moving onto the images of the girls at the table and the couples photos, something I want to strive for is better connections with people and having lasting friendships, with kind people. This certainly can come from being in a relationship, but jobs can provide an almost forced friendship because of the constant interactions on a daily basis. I've certainly experienced negative emotions when it comes to all of these, but I do want a group to do life with, and maybe even travel to London with.
