Violet is a beagle mix dog who lives in Northern Virginia (NOVA). As a puppy, Violet loved to seek unnecessary attention from her family by "verbally attacking" them, by barking loudly. Nowadays, she has calmed down significantly and is a very sweet dog. Her favorite people include her grandma, her owners, and her aunt. Her favorite things include barking at strangers, being pet constantly, and taking lots of naps.
As mentioned above, one of Violet's favorite people is her grandma, who lives in Springfield, VA. Springfield brings Violet immense joy because it's been described to her as her vacation house, which, to her, brings out her inner child. Violet gets a lot of special treatment here, as there are many dog treats purchased from her from the nearby Giant by her grandma. In many ways, Violet has deemed Springfield her second home, as she spends extended periods of time there when her owners are on vacation. Therefore, Springfield is a very important place that Violet gets to visit because it reminds her that life can be calmer when living the vacation lifestyle.
Violet's vacations in Springfield typically last about a week while her owners are away. However, when her owners come to Springfield to pick her up, she forgets about her relaxing time spent and becomes very hyper. Sometimes it can be very endearing; other times, it comes off as manipulative behavior to get a treat. Unfortunately, Violet has yet to learn about proper manners, in terms of greeting people and saying thank you to her grandma for watching her. Despite all of this, she maintains her reputation as a kind dog who loves all people.
